Moses Martin, the 20-year-old son of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, has made his modeling debut in the new Burberry ad campaign. The campaign, titled “Escape to the Countryside,” is inspired by the British brand’s heritage and connection to the outdoors.
Martin appears alongside models Edie Campbell, Nora Attal, and Sang Woo Kim. He is featured modeling various Burberry items, including a backpack in the iconic check pattern, a polo shirt, and a button-up shirt.
In addition to his modeling work, Martin’s band, People I’ve Met, provided the soundtrack for the campaign’s video. The song featured is titled “For Hire.”
“A road trip is a very British thing to do – getting into your car, heading out to the countryside and seeing where the day takes you,” said Daniel Lee, Chief Creative Officer at Burberry, in a press release. “That idea of exploration has always been part of Burberry. Listening to music on a long drive becomes part of the memories you make along the way.”
Martin’s sister, Apple Martin, has also pursued a career in fashion, having previously modeled for brands such as Self-Portrait and Chloé, as well as for her mother's Goop brand. Moses Martin, a student at Brown University, has generally stayed out of the public eye, though he appeared with his mother on the red carpet in December for the premiere of "Marty Supreme."
