Influencer Molly-Mae Hague has stated that her 10-week-old son, Midas, will likely be her last child, citing her current experience as being in "absolute survival mode." Hague, who is also mother to three-year-old daughter Bambi with partner Tommy Fury, shared her thoughts in a recent YouTube vlog.
Midas has been experiencing significant feeding issues, including what Hague described as intense pain and screaming due to reflux. "I've never, ever heard a baby scream like that," she said in the video, expressing distress over her son's discomfort. Reflux is a condition where stomach contents flow back into the food pipe, often causing babies to spit up milk.
Hague acknowledged the challenges of parenting a toddler and a newborn simultaneously. She noted that while she feels blessed, the demands of caring for both Midas and Bambi have made her reconsider having more children. "This will be my last child," she stated, though she recognized that many mothers manage with more children.
The logistics of managing two young children have also led to Hague and Fury spending more time apart. She explained that efforts to establish a routine for Midas sometimes conflict with the needs of Bambi, leading to separate activities with each child. "This is what I mean about just like, separate, being separate all the time, doing separate things with the kids, because it's just, it's not fair," she said, expressing her feelings of being torn between her children's needs.
