A fashion model and influencer has faced significant backlash after posting a video to Instagram detailing her frustration when a man approached her for directions. Vitoria Camporeale, an influencer and law graduate based in Sydney, shared the clip weeks ago, criticizing the interaction.

In the video, Camporeale is seen with her husband, Nick Zambounis, when a stranger approaches her. She recounts, "He was thinking about it for a while. He was standing here next to me thinking about what he was going to say to me." Her husband can be heard suggesting the man was struggling to gather the courage to speak to her.

Camporeale expressed confusion and annoyance, stating, "To be fair, he was struggling to pick up the courage to talk to you." She further questioned why the man would ask her for directions when her husband was nearby, indicating he should "Go ask another f***ing man."

Her comments drew sharp criticism from many followers in the video's comments section. Critics accused her of being "attention-seeking" and "making something out of nothing," with some users stating, "People can't talk to you now?" and "I'm so confused. What is the problem? Move on... this was very attention seeking."

However, a segment of her audience defended Camporeale, agreeing that the man's intention was likely to initiate a conversation rather than genuinely seek directions. Supporters argued that men often approach women with ulterior motives, and "what do you as a man need from a WOMAN?"

Despite the mixed reactions, the incident highlights ongoing discussions about social interactions and the intent behind them in public spaces.
