Miranda Kerr, a former Victoria's Secret Angel, has shared details about her 15-year-old son Flynn's recent engagement with Vedic meditation. Kerr, who co-parents Flynn with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, explained in an interview on "Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari" that Flynn learned the practice in a ceremony and has since introduced it to his girlfriend and her friends.

Vedic meditation, originating from ancient India, involves repeating a personalized mantra. Kerr noted that her son "really enjoys it so much that he introduced it to his girlfriend and his girlfriend introduced it to a group of her friends and now they collectively meditate together."

Kerr also spoke about her own approach to wellness, revealing that she now rarely works out. After retiring from her runway career in 2013, she has shifted her focus from exercising five or six times a week to prioritizing a healthy diet. She mentioned currently doing brief, 10-minute workouts every other day but emphasized that she "eats really well."

Her daily wellness routine includes drinking noni juice, which she has consumed for 30 years, citing its antioxidant properties. This is followed by homemade marshmallow leaf tea for gut health. Her early morning ritual also incorporates coconut yogurt with honey and a banana, before she has her morning coffee, which she prepares with coconut milk and maple syrup. Kerr also highlighted her preference for mold-free and lead-free coffee.

For breakfast, Kerr consumes high-quality meats like venison, bison, lamb, and turkey, avoiding dairy, wheat, and eggs. She uses only coconut oil or avocado oil for cooking and is cautious about seed oils. While she is not a significant fruit eater, she finds bananas a convenient snack. She prefers vegetables such as squash, carrots, and parsnips as her primary carbohydrate source.

Kerr also discussed her careful selection of seafood due to mercury concerns, limiting her salmon intake and avoiding sushi altogether because of the risk of parasites, though she still enjoys caviar. For sweet treats, she makes carob-based hot drinks and treats with her younger children, ensuring the carob is lead-free.
