Millie Bobby Brown has shared the sex of her second child, revealing it is a boy. The actress posted a photo on Instagram on Thursday, showing herself and husband Jake Bongiovi holding their infant's hand. The caption read, "hi little guy!"

Brown, 22, also shared a photo of herself wearing a ring on her left hand with three diamond letters spelling out "Mom." It appears their older daughter was also in the photo, with her arm visible at the bottom.

This news follows the recent confirmation that Brown and Bongiovi welcomed a second child via adoption. People magazine reported the confirmation earlier on Thursday.

In August of the previous year, the couple announced the adoption of their first child, a baby girl, keeping her name and face private. They shared the announcement on Instagram, stating, "This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy. And then there were three. Love, Millie and Jake Bongiovi."

Brown has spoken openly about her desire to adopt, a dream she held since childhood. In an appearance on Kylie Kelce's "Not Gonna Lie" podcast in June, she mentioned that adoption was always part of her childhood aspirations. She clarified that she does intend to have biological children in the future.

Brown and Bongiovi, son of Jon Bon Jovi, began dating in 2021 and announced their engagement in April 2023. They married in May 2024 in Tuscany, Italy.

The couple has hinted at their growing family previously. Earlier this month, Brown shared a video on Instagram from a vacation in the Dolomites, showing her carrying their older daughter while Bongiovi had a baby carrier on his chest as they walked with alpacas.

Brown, known for her role as Eleven in Netflix's "Stranger Things," has expressed her commitment to starting a family. In a March appearance on the "Smartless" podcast, she discussed her eagerness for motherhood, noting that her mother had her first child at 21 and her father at 19. She emphasized the importance of establishing herself as an actor and producer before focusing on family, a timeline that Bongiovi agreed with, stating they would wait until after marriage.

She also told Vanity Fair in February that she and Bongiovi are "pretty united" on significant life decisions, including political views, their desired family life, and career aspirations. "It's such an important decision, and we wanted to make sure we were making the right one. I knew I was. It always felt right with him," she stated.
