The performance followed her recent honeymoon in Ibiza with her new husband, Chris Dingwall. The couple recently married in an intimate ceremony in the Lake District before heading to Ibiza to celebrate. Chisholm's husband, an Australian model, shared photos from the trip on Instagram, including moments with his wife and her family. One post noted the celebration of his 46th birthday during the honeymoon.
Chisholm's honeymoon included an unconventional guest list, with her mother Joan and stepfather Dennis joining the couple. The group was seen enjoying the sunshine together in Ibiza.
During her Ibiza trip, Chisholm shared glimpses of their celebrations, including swapping her wedding dress for casual wear. She posted a photo of her husband wearing a t-shirt with a playful twist on the Nike slogan, reading "Just Did It." The couple was also seen sharing a kiss before attending a DJ set by Chisholm at the Chinois Ibiza nightclub.
Chisholm revealed in a Vogue feature that she met Dingwall on the celebrity dating app Raya three years ago, when she was 49. Their first date was in Australia, and she described him as a "beautiful addition" to her and her daughter's lives. She admitted to having sworn off marriage for many years, but experienced a change of heart in her 50s, stating she wanted to "experience all the things."
Dingwall reportedly proposed in July 2025 during a romantic getaway in Mallorca, Spain. Chisholm's wedding dress was designed by her former Spice Girls bandmate Victoria Beckham. Other members of the Spice Girls, Mel B, Geri Horner, and Emma Bunton, were in attendance at the wedding. Mel B wore a shimmering champagne bodycon dress, Geri Horner a floral gown, and Emma Bunton a statement pink checked Vivienne Westwood trouser suit.
Following the wedding festivities, Chisholm returned to her signature sporty style for her Brighton Pride performance, donning an Adidas bomber jacket, an ab-flashing crop top, and trainers featuring the date of her wedding printed on them. Her performance included tossing a replica of her wedding bouquet into the crowd.
