Melanie Blatt, 51, has shared the results of a £2,500 non-surgical facelift, documenting the cosmetic procedure on TikTok. The All Saints singer underwent the Endolift treatment at the Dr. Band clinic in London, a minimally invasive procedure utilizing a fine laser fiber inserted beneath the skin to tighten tissue and stimulate collagen production.
Blatt stated that she had wanted the treatment for a long time and was encouraged by friends who had undergone similar procedures. "This is a treatment that I’ve wanted for absolutely ages," she said. "Loads of my friends have had it, and one in particular came to this clinic to get it done, so here I am."
She emphasized that the procedure was not a surgical facelift, but rather a treatment she was willing to try. "Listen, this isn’t a facelift, let’s not get it twisted, but I’m up for trying, well, pretty much anything," Blatt commented.
Blatt, who also runs a burger pop-up, admitted to feeling nervous before the procedure but was put at ease by the clinician's expertise. The process began with the doctor marking treatment areas on her face and administering local anesthetic, which Blatt described as "a little bit spicy." She compared the sensation to other cosmetic treatments, noting that the pain was brief before the area became numb.
During the hour-long procedure, a laser energy-carrying fiber was inserted under the skin through small entry points. Blatt described hearing a "snap, crackle, pop sound" and feeling that "something was happening." The heat from the laser is intended to contract loose tissue, reduce small fat pockets, and promote collagen production over several months.
Immediately after the treatment, Blatt appeared slightly red, swollen, and bruised, which the clinic advised can last several days, along with potential tenderness, temporary numbness, and minor irregularities. Unlike a surgical facelift, Endolift is performed under local anesthetic, allowing patients to return home the same day.
Five days after the procedure, Blatt shared an update, expressing her satisfaction with the results. "This is what my skin is looking like. I’m really happy so far," she said, adding that the experience was "not scary or weird."
Blatt has been open about other cosmetic treatments she has undergone, including Botox, fillers, and skin boosters. "I have Botox, fillers, skin boosters. I’m like, ‘Pump me up!’ I just want to keep going, looking okay," she stated earlier this year.
Melanie Blatt rose to fame in the 1990s with the group All Saints, which achieved five UK number one singles, including "Never Ever" and "Pure Shores," and sold over 10 million records worldwide. She has a daughter, Lilyella Zender-Blatt, from her previous relationship with musician Stuart Zender.
