Meghan Markle has given her fans a clear view of a new, substantial diamond ring she has been seen wearing on multiple occasions. The Duchess of Sussex featured the jewelry prominently in a recent Instagram post from As Ever, a brand with which she is associated. The ring, which features a large, pear-shaped center stone set in yellow gold, was previously observed at the One805LIVE! charity concert in September and the NBA All-Star Game in February.

According to Ajay Anand, CEO of Rare Carat, the center stone of the ring appears to be approximately 6 carats. If the diamond is lab-grown, similar stones can range from $5,000 to $6,000. However, if the diamond is natural, its value could be significantly higher, potentially between $100,000 and $500,000, depending on its quality.

This new piece of jewelry has led to speculation about its connection to Princess Diana, Prince Harry's late mother. Markle also wears a three-stone engagement ring from Prince Harry, which incorporates two diamonds that previously belonged to Diana. Susan Courter, founder of What Meghan Wore, suggested that the new ring's diamond might have originated from Diana's collection, possibly being redesigned from another piece of jewelry.

In the Instagram post, Markle paired the ring with several other bands on her right-hand ring finger. She was also seen wearing a white linen Reformation top, a Posse skirt, a tortoiseshell headband, and Balenciaga sunglasses. The Duchess has previously worn the new ring publicly, including at the NBA All-Star Game earlier this year.
