Meadow Walker, the daughter of the late actor Paul Walker, reunited with her godfather Vin Diesel at a special screening in Los Angeles on Monday, marking the 25th anniversary of "The Fast and the Furious." The event, held at the Westwood Village Theater, brought together cast members to celebrate the franchise's origin.

Meadow Walker, 25, embraced Diesel as they arrived at the screening. She was seen interacting with fans and posing for photographs with cast members including Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster. Walker, the sole child of Paul Walker, chose a white tank top and detailed trousers for the occasion, while Diesel opted for a black tank top and trousers.

During the event, Meadow Walker was observed signing a poster of her father. Diesel, visibly emotional, reflected on the franchise's beginnings and his enduring friendship with Paul Walker, who died in a car accident on November 30, 2013. "Twenty-five years ago, I was sitting in this room, and I was sitting with Paul Walker," Diesel stated, as reported by Page Six. He urged the audience to watch the film and recognize the "eternal brotherhood" it portrays.

The screening took place at the same theater where the original film premiered in 2001. Diesel also spoke about the upcoming conclusion to the franchise, noting that the final installment, tentatively titled "Fast Forever," is slated for release on March 17, 2028. He indicated that production was set to begin in December, following a four-year development process that involved multiple writing teams.

This reunion follows a similar appearance in May at the Cannes Film Festival, where Meadow Walker and Diesel were also photographed together during a "Fast and Furious" anniversary event. At that time, Diesel referred to Meadow as representing the brotherhood initiated by him and his late friend, whom he called "Pablo."

Diesel has previously spoken about his protective relationship with Meadow Walker, describing her as a significant presence in his life and his children's lives. He also mentioned walking her down the aisle at her wedding in 2021, though she later divorced her husband in 2024.

Paul Walker starred as Brian O'Conner in the "Fast and Furious" series until his death. His brothers served as stand-ins to complete his role in "Furious 7," which was released posthumously in 2015. The franchise has since released several installments, with its conclusion planned for the near future.
