Mariah Carey will spend the 2025 holiday season in Las Vegas, announcing a 10-show residency titled “Christmastime in Las Vegas” at Dolby Live at Park MGM. The five-time Grammy winner’s season run is scheduled to begin Nov. 28 and conclude Dec. 13, with the official on-sale date for tickets set for Friday, Sept. 20.
Carey shared the announcement on Instagram, writing, “Excited to bring Christmastime to the Dolby Live at Park MGM in Vegas!” The residency follows a nationwide holiday tour in 2024 during which Carey performed extended sets that mixed Yuletide standards with selections from her pop catalog.
The Dolby Live engagement will comprise evening shows scheduled at 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 28; Saturday, Nov. 29; Tuesday, Dec. 2; Wednesday, Dec. 3; Friday, Dec. 5; Saturday, Dec. 6; Tuesday, Dec. 9; Wednesday, Dec. 10; Friday, Dec. 12; and Saturday, Dec. 13. Before the residency, Carey is booked to perform at the iHeartRadio Music Festival at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Sept. 19–20, a multi-artist event that will include headliners such as Ed Sheeran, Lil Wayne and Maroon 5.
Tickets for Carey’s Vegas shows will be available through official box office channels and secondary-market platforms. Secondary vendors such as Vivid Seats list tickets for upcoming Carey dates, and the company notes that prices may vary above or below face value depending on demand and that purchases are covered by a buyer guarantee. The artist’s official on-sale remains Sept. 20.
Carey’s 2024 holiday tour featured lengthy sets that blended carols and seasonal standards with hits from her catalog. At Barclays Center on Dec. 17, 2024, she performed roughly two dozen songs, including “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” “Sleigh Ride,” “Silent Night,” and pop favorites such as “Fantasy,” “We Belong Together” and “Always Be My Baby.” Reviewers and attendees noted theatrical staging, holiday costumes and moments that included family participation.
The residency announcement arrives as Carey prepares to release her 16th studio album, Here for It All, due Sept. 26. Ahead of the album, she released two singles: the uptempo “Type Dangerous” and the more sultry “Sugar Sweet,” the latter featuring Shenseea and Kehlani.
Las Vegas residencies have been a regular feature of Carey’s career and of the city’s entertainment calendar more broadly, often serving as concentrated, seasonal runs rather than extended, year-round engagements. Carey’s decision to base her 2025 holiday shows in one venue follows several years of touring the holiday season across multiple cities.
Fans seeking to attend should check the Park MGM and Dolby Live official sites for information about presales, box office policies and accessibility. Additional passes to the iHeartRadio Music Festival and single-day or multi-day packages for other live events in Las Vegas are being sold separately for the Sept. festival dates.
Carey’s residency adds another high-profile holiday offering to the 2025 concert calendar, joining other seasonal tours and special engagements announced for the coming months.
