Actress Maggie Grace, known for her role in "Lost," has finalized her divorce from husband Brent Bushnell after seven years of marriage. Grace filed the divorce petition in Washington in May 2025, stating the marriage was "irretrievably broken" and noting their separation date as October 1, 2024.
In the divorce filing, the 42-year-old actress also requested her legal name be changed back to Margaret Grace Ives. The divorce was finalized on August 13, 2025, with Grace having her maiden name restored.
Grace and Bushnell, who married in May 2017, have two children. Their son was born in 2020, and their daughter, Fiona, was born in 2024. The couple agreed on a custody arrangement, with Grace receiving primary custody. Bushnell will have weekend custody of their son and will eventually have weekend custody of their daughter once she turns three and a half. The parents will share decision-making regarding their children's schooling, healthcare, and extracurricular activities. They also agreed to split holidays.
The former couple signed a prenuptial agreement in May 2017, which Grace requested be upheld in the divorce proceedings. A representative for Grace did not immediately respond to requests for comment, and a representative for Bushnell was unavailable.
Grace and Bushnell became engaged in February 2017. Prior to her marriage to Bushnell, Grace was engaged to filmmaker Matthew Cooke in 2015.
