Madonna marked her 68th birthday with an elaborate celebration in Corfu, Greece, opting for a show-stopping sequined Dolce & Gabbana gown and a floral crown. The custom Baroque piece, which recently debuted on the runway, was adorned with sequins, crystals, and satin flowers.
Accompanying the couture gown were glittering gold pumps and stacked Dinosaur Designs bangles. Her accessories also included an opulent Dolce & Gabbana necklace from the Alta Gioielleria collection, featuring tanzanite, morganite, aquamarine, rhodolite garnet, and a South Sea pearl.
Madonna shared moments from the festivities on Instagram, captioning a slideshow with, “It’s My Birthday! Eat, Pray, Love,Drink, Dance, Break plates, Feed Cats!! Thank you G*D! 🇬🇷♥️”. The post also revealed her boyfriend, Akeem Morris, and five of her six children were in attendance.
A heart-shaped cake, topped with candles and a prominent evil-eye motif, was also featured in the celebration. For another look during the evening, Madonna changed into a white lace dress, accessorizing with a collection of layered cross necklaces and diamond pendants, along with colorful bracelets.
Her guests, including her four daughters, were seen coordinating their outfits in all white. The celebration took place shortly after MTV announced Madonna would lead the 2026 VMA nominations with 11 nods, including a nomination for Video of the Year for "Confessions II — The Film."
The singer released the 14-minute short film in June, preceding her latest album, "Confessions II," which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 in July. Dolce & Gabbana also contributed to the album's visual presentation, styling a scene in the "Danceteria" sequence with a design inspired by the fashion house's spring 1998 collection.
