Hollywood couple Madeleine Stowe and Brian Benben, married for 44 years, were recently photographed enjoying a stroll in Los Angeles. The pair, who first met on the set of a miniseries, exchanged vows in 1982, long before they achieved widespread stardom.

Benben, now 70, gained recognition in the 1990s as the lead in the HBO sitcom "Dream On." The series, created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman (who later created "Friends"), ran for six seasons and featured Benben as a divorced man whose life experiences were interwoven with clips from classic films and television.

Stowe, 67, also experienced a career peak in the 1990s. She starred alongside Kevin Costner in the 1990 film "Revenge" and appeared in other notable films such as "The Last of the Mohicans" (1992) with Daniel Day-Lewis, "12 Monkeys" (1995) with Bruce Willis, and "The General's Daughter" (1999) with John Travolta. She also starred in the ABC drama series "Revenge" from 2011 to 2015, earning a Golden Globe nomination for her role as the villainous Victoria Grayson.

Stowe and Benben first crossed paths during the filming of the 1981 miniseries "The Gangster Chronicles." Reflecting on their long-standing marriage, Stowe has spoken about the depth of her commitment. In a 1998 interview, she stated, "When you're with the right person – as I am with Brian – you just don't ever wanna lose that person." She added that as they age, the thought of being apart from him is unthinkable.

While Stowe's career saw a slight slowdown in the 2000s, Benben secured a significant role as psychiatrist Sheldon Wallace on "Private Practice," a "Grey's Anatomy" spin-off, from 2008 to 2012. The couple has largely maintained privacy regarding their personal lives, but their enduring relationship continues to be a notable example in Hollywood.
