Machine Gun Kelly says Saga Blade bears a striking resemblance to her mother, Megan Fox, in remarks made during an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show.
During the interview, the rapper told host Jennifer Hudson, 'We go back and forth on who she looks like. Last month, she looked exactly like me and now she looks exactly like her.' He also described Fox as a 'phenomenal mom' and added, 'I had it with a person who is the greatest partner, the greatest partner to have had a child with.'
Saga Blade was born March 27, 2025, marking the couple’s first child together after they officially split in November 2024. MGK posted the birth announcement on social media, writing, 'She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed 3/27/25' alongside a black-and-white video of the infant’s hand. The pair have since navigated co-parenting the newborn, with Fox living with Saga and MGK stepping in to help as needed. The rapper has described Fox as a partner who has been deeply involved and supportive, and he has consistently credited her with the day-to-day work of parenting.
MGK is also father to Casie, 16, whom he welcomed with ex Emma Cannon. The two families have maintained a public but cordial stance as they balance new relationships and parenthood. In remarks tied to his broader life as a parent, MGK has said he focuses on supporting Saga and ensuring she is comfortable, even as he continues to pursue his career.
Beyond family life, MGK has been promoting his seventh studio album, Lost Americana, which dropped August 8. Tracks such as Vampire Diaries and Miss Sunshine have been highlighted by fans and critics as part of a project the artist described as blending personal storytelling with broader rock-leaning sensibilities. In interviews this year, he also addressed the online backlash he has faced, suggesting that hate has become so integrated into pop culture that it often serves as a script rather than a reflection of individual actions. He told People that the negative commentary no longer carries weight for him, framing entertainment as something that should be less than par for personal attacks.
The musician is set to kick off the Lost Americana Tour later this year, with a November 15 date in Orlando and an October 1 show in Los Angeles already on the calendar. Additional dates will bring him to the United Kingdom and Australia, with the tour wrapping on July 1, 2026, in Washington. The expanded itinerary underscores MGK’s continued activity on the road as he promotes a body of work centered on introspection and reinvention.
Meanwhile, Us Weekly has reported that while Fox is grateful for MGK’s help in raising Saga, there is currently no romantic reconciliation on the horizon. A source close to Fox said she is focused on motherhood and her family life, and that the pair are absolutely not getting back together at this time. The dynamic remains centered on co-parenting, with Fox and MGK continuing to navigate their roles as they raise Saga together without reclaiming their former relationship.
As Saga grows, both parents have acknowledged the importance of stability and support in her life. For MGK, that includes balancing public performances and studio time with hands-on parenting, a pattern he has reiterated in various interviews as part of his broader approach to fame, family, and creative work.
