Fashion business owner Jasmine, 27, and 21-year-old Kavan have been crowned the winners of the 13th series of Love Island UK. Kavan, who entered the villa as a bombshell, was revealed early in the season to be the brother of a day-one contestant, Aidan Murphy. This familial connection drew comparisons to the popular Prime Video show "The Summer I Turned Pretty," which centers on a love triangle involving siblings.

During the final, Kavan expressed his gratitude for being in the villa with his brother and for meeting Jasmine. Meanwhile, Simba, who celebrated his 25th birthday in the villa, indicated that his first plan with his partner, nurse Angelista, would be to celebrate her upcoming 25th birthday on Tuesday.

This year's finale saw only three couples competing, a first for the UK series, following a series of unexpected twists in the preceding episode. Former contestants returned to the villa to vote for which couple they believed should be eliminated. Mica Harris and Samraj Toor were ultimately dumped from the island after receiving the most votes.

Before their departure, Harris and Toor were tasked with selecting another couple to leave the villa. As a result, Yasmin Hadlow and Tommy Stagg were eliminated, missing out on a place in the final. Following their exit, Tommy comforted Yasmin, assuring her of his support.
