Love Island stars Molly Smith and Tom Clare recently showcased their toned physiques during a high-intensity workout session at Barry's Bootcamp, as they prepare for their upcoming wedding.

The couple, who met on Love Island All Stars in January 2024, posted a mirror selfie on Instagram from their Sunday workout, with Tom Clare captioning the photo "Sunday sweat @mollysmith19." Smith, 31, displayed her abs in a white halter neck sports bra and dark green shorts, while Clare went shirtless, highlighting his biceps in black shorts.

Smith has previously discussed her fitness approach, emphasizing mental well-being over strict physical standards. "The physical aspect is always a bonus but, for me, it's more about stress relief. I always feel lighter after a workout, like I've brain-dumped everything," she told Heat Magazine.

Her fitness regimen typically involves training four to five times a week, incorporating a mix of strength training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and running. She recently completed "Barry's Hell Week," a seven-day series of consecutive HIIT workouts. Even when traveling, Smith packs resistance bands and trainers to maintain her routine in hotel rooms. Her specific fitness goals include building glutes and improving her 5km personal best.

The influencer is no stranger to the gym but she previously revealed she is putting no extra pressure on herself and has learnt to accept herself rather than strive to look a certain way

In terms of nutrition, Smith centers her meals around protein. Breakfast often consists of eggs, chicken sausages, and a protein bagel thin. Lunch typically includes a chicken wrap and a protein shake, while dinner features chicken or fish with vegetables and sweet potato, often enhanced with sriracha. Her day begins with black coffee and honey. For on-the-go options, she relies on protein flapjacks and pre-packed teabags.

Hydration is also a priority for Smith, who believes it contributes to glowing skin for her wedding day. She is also focusing on sleep, utilizing an Oura ring to monitor sleep patterns, recovery, and her menstrual cycle to tailor her workouts accordingly. For supplements, she uses OxyShred, citing its benefits for metabolism and energy.

Smith also incorporates skincare into her self-care routine, using the Medicube Age-R Booster Pro device weekly. She and Clare often work out together, acknowledging a "healthy competition" that sometimes involves trying to outperform each other in exercises like burpees.
