Megan Moore and Dejon Noel-Williams, who first met on Love Island, have revealed they are back together following a period of separation after leaving the villa.

Dejon, 27, shared a series of photos on Instagram on Tuesday night documenting a romantic gesture where he asked Moore, 26, to be his girlfriend again. The hotel room was adorned with balloons that spelled out "Will you be my girlfriend baby girl?" Moore appeared delighted in the shared images, holding a glass of champagne.

The couple captioned the post, "life brought us back to where we started. boyfriennn and girlfriendd are sooo back." This marks a significant development after their relationship experienced turbulence over the past year.

Their relationship has been marked by public scrutiny since their time on the show. After splitting last autumn, they began to reappear on each other's social media feeds in April. Moore had previously shared a post suggesting she deserved better, while Dejon announced their breakup in December, citing the difficulties of navigating a relationship under the intensity of the public eye.

Moore and Noel-Williams were the only couple from their summer series to remain together from the show's inception until their elimination just days before the final. They had previously been asked to be girlfriend and boyfriend by Dejon during a sunset date within the villa.

Following their exit, the couple faced challenges, including Dejon dealing with online trolling and death threats. Dejon had also been criticized for his behavior on the show, with some viewers labeling him a "narcissist." He admitted to feeling lost and confused in the villa and found it difficult to be vulnerable on national television. He later focused on launching a new fitness business, Vibe Tribe Run Club, which Moore supported.

Despite their initial difficulties post-villa, the pair managed to stay together for seven months, outlasting many other couples from their series. They were the last couple to be dumped before the show's finale and were responsible for casting the deciding vote on the winning couple.
