A London pub in Brook Green has dedicated its entertainment lounge as the Charlie Kirk Debate Room, a permanent tribute to the activist who was fatally shot while addressing students at Utah Valley University last week. The venue, Biddy Mulligan’s Olympia, said in a press release that the space will forever carry Kirk’s name and host events celebrating free speech and the political figure’s achievements.
In a press release provided to Fox News Digital, the pub described the room as offering guests “the opportunity to celebrate the life of one of the MAGA movement’s brightest stars.” The release notes the new room will serve as a venue for discussions and events linked to Kirk’s public profile and advocacy. Damien Smyth, the pub’s landlord, said he was personally shocked by Kirk’s assassination and framed the decision as a stand against violence in open public debate. “Millions of people around the world have been left horrified that a decent family man like Charlie could be slaughtered during a peaceful and open public debate,” Smyth said. “We owe it to his wife and children to send a clear message that we stand against the rise of left-wing extremism and violence.” The pub said the room would host future events celebrating free speech and Kirk’s achievements.
