The Australian television industry's biggest night, the 2026 Logie Awards, saw notable fashion moments on the red carpet, including singer Ricki-Lee Coulter and broadcaster Deborah Knight choosing daring low-cut dresses.
Coulter presented a striking figure in a champagne sequin gown that featured a cape. Knight was also in attendance, wearing a strapless champagne dress complemented by a jade green clutch.
Gold Logie Nominations
The night's top honor, the Gold Logie, features a competitive field. Robert Irwin, nominated for his work on Channel 10's "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!", is set to compete against his co-host Julia Morris, who is receiving her fifth nomination for the award. Also nominated is comedian Sam Pang, former "ABC News Breakfast" presenter Lisa Millar, "MasterChef Australia" contestant Poh Ling Yeow, Ally Langdon, and host Todd Woodbridge.
The nominations for "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!" come after Channel 10 announced in May that the show would be put on hiatus for 2027. A network spokesperson stated the decision was made to "focus on offering our audience a range of content on all platforms" and expressed anticipation for future projects with Morris and Irwin.
"I'm a Celebrity" began its 2026 season with strong viewership, drawing 925,000 viewers, though ratings decreased to 571,000 by the season finale. Morris reflected on the show's upcoming break, telling Daily Mail that "it's the end of an era" and expressing gratitude for the experience.
New Sports Presenter Award
This year's Logie Awards will also introduce the Bruce McAvaney Award for Most Popular Sports Presenter, named in honor of the veteran sports broadcaster with a career spanning five decades and a recipient of the TV WEEK Logie Awards Hall of Fame.
The 66th TV WEEK Logie Awards ceremony will broadcast on Seven and 7Plus. Voting for all awards opened on June 22 and will close on August 15.
