Lisa Snowdon posted photographs of herself practising yoga in a bikini while on a luxury retreat in Quy Nhon, Vietnam, sharing images of poolside relaxation and a tree pose on a rock.

The 53-year-old This Morning fashion presenter, who is currently taking time away from television, uploaded a series of pictures to Instagram showing her in different swimwear, a cowboy-style hat and sunglasses. In her Instagram post she wrote: "Quy Nhon. Found a little slice of heaven, we will be back. Full moons full happiness." The retreat is at the Anantara Quy Nhon Villas, with rooms advertised from about £398 per night.

Some of the images show Snowdon performing yoga poses, including a tree pose on a rock, and relaxing in the pool while her fiancé, communications firm founder George Smart, appears in other photos. She was also pictured enjoying fruit by the pool.

Snowdon has been engaged to Smart since 2017 but has previously said she retains a small hesitation about marriage. Speaking to The Mirror, she said she had a "tiny hint of reservation" about whether tying the knot would change their relationship, adding that family experience had shaped her caution. "Deep down I do know it wouldn’t, but then I think, 'Well my mum and dad’s marriage didn’t last,' and some people say, 'Don’t do it because it changes things,'" she told the paper.

Smart told the same outlet he would marry Snowdon "tomorrow" if he could gather their dispersed friends and said he believed "nothing would change" if they formalised their relationship. The pair first dated more than 20 years ago, when Snowdon was a DJ at MTV and Smart was the channel's head of events; they rekindled their romance about a decade ago and became engaged in 2017.

The Instagram post and accompanying pictures come as Snowdon focuses on a wellness-oriented break that she described as a chance to work on "mind and body." The images have been shared with her followers as part of a wider trend of public figures using social media to document leisure and wellbeing travel.

No wedding date has been announced. Snowdon and Smart have said in previous interviews that their friends are "dotted around the world," a factor they have cited when discussing potential plans for a ceremony.
