Lindy Klim has shared an update on her wedding plans with boyfriend Paul Mullert, whose original ceremony scheduled for January was delayed.
Speaking at the Melbourne Cup, the Balinese princess, 47, confirmed that planning is still in progress. "Just get me on my Pinterest board, I'm like, 'Yes, that's a nice ring and that,'" she told Daily Mail. Klim also noted that while she is happy with the ring Paul presented, "there's always room for improvement."
The couple had previously hinted at a January 2026 wedding, with Klim mentioning in November of last year that they were discussing marriage and potentially moving in together. At the time, she stated they were "still in the early stages" and "happy to enjoy each other being in love."
Klim made it clear that Australia would be her preferred wedding destination over Bali, stating that "the shine has been taken away" from the Indonesian island for her. This follows a difficult period after the breakdown of her second marriage to British property developer Adam Ellis, which led her to relocate to Melbourne with her four children in early 2025.
Since returning to Australia, Klim has found a new relationship with Paul, whom she described as a "normal, beautiful person" who is "full of love." She has also spoken positively about how their families have blended, with her children getting along well with Paul's daughter. Their relationship first became public in February 2025 at the LIV Golf tournament in Adelaide, though they had been quietly dating for several months prior. Their connection reportedly began after Paul's sister suggested they go on a date. Paul Mullert, originally from Perth, was a childhood friend of the late Australian actor Heath Ledger.
Klim was previously married to Olympic swimming champion Michael Klim, with whom she shares three children: Stella, Rocco, and Frankie. They separated in 2016. She later married Adam Ellis in 2018, and they welcomed their daughter Goldie before their split in 2024.
