Lindsay Lohan is concluding her summer travels in Europe, sharing rare photos of her husband, Bader Shammas, and their three-year-old son, Luai, on vacation. The actress, 40, posted a series of images and videos on Instagram, offering fans a look into her family getaway.
"Thank you summer. It’s been great!" Lohan captioned the post. "Grateful for time with friends and family and the beautiful world we live in. Feeling blessed."
The Dubai-based actress, who married Shammas in April 2022, shared images of the couple enjoying time on a luxury vessel. She also posted pictures of her son Luai bonding with his father, including moments of them kayaking and swimming.
Lohan, who has previously been private about her son's life, offered a glimpse into their family activities. The vacation posts follow an earlier reunion with her father, Michael Lohan, and other family members in Sag Harbor, New York.
Reflecting on her 40th birthday earlier this month, Lohan shared a note on Instagram expressing gratitude for life's lessons and the support she has received. She described her 40s as a time that feels "more grounded. More intentional. More joyful." Lohan also shared her belief that "your 30s are [when] things start clicking" and advised others to focus on setting up their future during that decade.
Her career has also seen a resurgence, with roles in two Christmas movies and an upcoming role in the series "Count My Lies" with Shailene Woodley. Lohan has spoken about learning the importance of appreciating time and preparing for the unexpected, lessons she attributes in part to her husband's influence.
