Lily Collins recently shared glimpses of a French mini-break on Instagram, posting photos of herself in a strapless swimsuit and showcasing her watercolor paintings. The actress is currently filming the sixth and final season of the Netflix series "Emily in Paris."

Collins, 37, shared a series of images on Tuesday, including one where she posed in a black strapless swimsuit with mesh paneling, accessorized with a black hat and sandals. In another post, she wore a white lace dress and captioned it, "Windows, watercolors, and wandering..." which highlighted her artistic talents.

Netflix released first-look images last month for the upcoming final season. The images showed Collins and her co-stars, with the release date for the final installment announced as December 24. The photos offered a preview of Emily, played by Collins, and her fashion-forward outfits as she prepares to conclude her role.

The season five cliffhanger involved Emily's ex, Gabriel, played by Lucas Bravo, discovering she was newly single and sending her a postcard from Greece, inviting her to join him. The new images also hint at a farewell moment for Emily's best friend Mindy Chen, portrayed by Ashley Park, and a scene with Emily's ex-boyfriend Alfie, played by Lucien Laviscount.

Minnie Driver, who was previously involved in a car accident in France, also appears in the new images. Her production schedule was adjusted following the incident, though only one scene required relocation. Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, who plays Emily's boss Sylvie Grateau, is also featured in a glamorous gold gown.

The final season reportedly filmed in Greece, with previous seasons primarily shot in Paris. "Emily in Paris" follows Emily, a marketing executive from Chicago who lands a job in Paris.

Our entire cast and crew are pouring our hearts into making this a fantastic farewell season, which we’re now filming." She expressed anticipation for the season's release and celebrating the finale with fans.

Series creator Darren Star also shared his gratitude, calling the experience of making "Emily in Paris" with the cast and crew "the trip of a lifetime." He thanked Netflix, Paramount, and the fans for their support throughout the show's run, adding, "We can’t wait to share this last chapter with you."
