Lila Moss was seen out in New York on Sunday, following a holiday in Formentera with her mother, Kate Moss, and friends. The 23-year-old model, who has followed in her mother's fashion career, wore denim hotpants and black boots. Moss opted for a plunging white vest top, accessorizing with black sunglasses and an over-the-shoulder handbag. She appeared in good spirits while walking with a companion in the city. Moss, who is represented by her mother's fashion agency, made her runway debut in 2020, opening and closing the Miu Miu Spring/Summer 2021 show. She has since appeared in global campaigns for luxury brands such as Gucci, Fendi, Marc Jacobs Beauty, and YSL Beauty. This week, it was announced that Moss is the new ambassador for Zadig & Voltaire, appearing in a new campaign for the brand shot in Paris. Her mother, Kate Moss, was the face of the brand in 2019 and designed the popular Kate bag. Thierry Gillier, CEO of Zadig & Voltaire, noted the brand's history with Kate Moss and welcomed Lila, stating, "it’s wonderful to welcome Lila into our family, too, seeing Zadig & Voltaire interpreted across generations by mother and daughter." Lila Moss recently shared memories of festivals with her mother, telling Vogue that the festival scene has always been a part of her life. She recalled attending Bestival and Isle of Wight with her mother and Amy Winehouse, stating, "I remember going backstage and giving Amy Winehouse a tattoo on her arm with a marker." Reflecting on festival fashion, Moss mentioned regret over a pair of striped jeans she wore on her first day at Glastonbury, admitting, "I don't like them, but I thought they were cute then." She also revealed that she frequently borrows from her mother's wardrobe, saying, "My mum finds me in her wardrobe at least once a week." Moss added that off-limits items are usually hidden, but she has claimed a vintage Dior Bar jacket.
