Lila Moss cut a chic figure in a chocolate-brown maxi dress as she attended a Desigual photocall in Barcelona on Wednesday evening, joining model and musician Paris Jackson at the brand event.

The 22-year-old, daughter of supermodel Kate Moss, wore a spaghetti-strap gown with a V-neckline, a bust cut-out and asymmetric hem detailing in a brown ombré finish. She added height with black open-toe heels and carried a small brown leather handbag, wearing her hair in loose waves and favoring a natural makeup look as she posed for photographers.

Paris Jackson, 27, opted for a plunging floral shirt dress with a button-up front, long sleeves and a draped detail down one side. She completed the ensemble with brown leather knee-high boots, a small beige handbag, bold turquoise earrings and a delicate gold pendant necklace.

The photocall brought attention not only to the outfits but also to Moss's public profile as a model who has spoken about living with type 1 diabetes. Last month she fronted a campaign tied to Barbie’s first doll designed to reflect children with type 1 diabetes, a toy that features a continuous glucose monitor and an insulin pump. Moss has previously described using those devices herself and discussed practical steps she takes to manage the condition.

In a Vogue "In the Bag" segment and other interviews, Moss said she carries sugar tablets and the device that controls a pod delivering insulin, noting the items are essentials she keeps with her at all times. She has also said she uses an Apple AirTag to keep track of her medical device. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune condition in which the body cannot produce sufficient insulin and requires daily administration of the hormone to control blood glucose.

Moss’s appearance alongside Jackson also drew attention because of her family ties. Her mother, Kate Moss, has in recent years spoken publicly about skincare and lifestyle routines, offering tips such as an ice-plunge technique to reduce puffiness and recommending rest and facials when time allows. The elder Moss has also discussed changes in her habits, including turning away from heavy drinking and embracing wellness practices.

The Desigual photocall in Barcelona provided a platform for brand promotion and high-profile attendance, with both Moss and Jackson presenting contrasting takes on current fashion trends. The event underscored growing visibility for models and public figures who combine fashion appearances with advocacy or personal narratives about health and wellbeing.
