The first trailer for the upcoming documentary "Oasis: Don't Look Back In Anger" has been released, offering a look at Liam and Noel Gallagher's reunion tour, Oasis Live '25. The film, from "Peaky Blinders" creator Steven Knight, is set to premiere in cinemas worldwide on September 11. Advance tickets are now available for purchase.

The trailer features a poignant moment where Liam Gallagher kisses his brother Noel on the cheek, a gesture that comes as Liam reflects on the band's acrimonious split in 2009. "The way it finished, unacceptable. It didn't sit right with me, man," Liam says in the trailer. Noel adds, "I just don't see myself on stage with Liam. I don't really want to be going back with the tension; will it fall apart again?"

Liam describes the reunion as a way of "exorcising demons," stating, "I feel like I'm exorcising demons getting it all out. Rage. Just pure anger... I need to calm the f*** down." He acknowledges that both he and Noel have said things they didn't mean in the past. Noel, reflecting on the tour's significance, calls the Oasis reunion "one of the biggest moments of their lives" and admits he had forgotten "what he [Liam] means to people," adding, "I certainly wasn't prepared for the intense outpouring… a sense of what it meant to people."

As the brothers walk on stage hand in hand in the trailer, Liam expresses a desire to "change the narrative of the band." The documentary promises unique access, including rehearsal, backstage, and onstage footage, alongside the first joint interview with Noel and Liam in over two decades. The film aims to be an "unapologetically uplifting account of the biggest musical event of 2025," capturing the emotions of the band and their global fanbase.

The documentary is also slated for release on Hulu and Disney+ in the U.S. later this year. The brothers' tumultuous relationship led to Oasis disbanding 17 years ago. Last year, they embarked on a 41-date world tour, which began with a show at Cardiff's Principality Stadium for over 70,000 fans.

Reports from July indicated potential future performances for the band, including a 12-night residency at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester and a six-night run at Knebworth. While not confirmed, these reports suggested dates for June and September. Previously, in April, a ticket site listed Oasis shows at Knebworth Park for summer 2027.
