Leslie Odom Jr. returned to Broadway’s Hamilton on Sept. 9, 2025, reprising the Tony-winning role of Aaron Burr for the first time in nine years at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, and some ticket prices for his limited engagement have eased.

Odom Jr., who originated Burr in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s musical, performed in front of a sold house and drew strong audience response. "He’s having so much fun…and got two standing ovations…Leslie, ten years later, you still got it…you have to go see him, whatever it costs. Worth every penny," one fan wrote on Instagram after the performance.

Tickets remain available for all 87 of Odom Jr.’s scheduled Broadway performances through Nov. 26, and resale listings showed a range of prices at the time of publication. The lowest single-show price found by the New York Post on the verified secondary market platform Vivid Seats was $347 including fees; other available seats ranged up to roughly $1,733 including fees. That low point is substantially below the $634 starting price that was reported previously when the actor last returned to the role, representing a potential saving of as much as $287 for the cheapest seat.

The Post identified 19 shows within Odom Jr.’s run that, at publication time, had seats listed for under $700 including fees; the cheapest available single-night fare was listed for a Thursday performance on Sept. 18. Prices on secondary-market platforms are fluid, and the outlets reported that the figures were confirmed at the time of publication and are expressed in U.S. dollars.

Hamilton runs approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes including an intermission. Vivid Seats, which served as the source for the lowest-available fare cited, operates as a secondary-market ticketing service and offers a 100 percent buyer guarantee covering delivery and the validity of tickets; however, resale prices may be higher or lower than face value depending on demand and are subject to change.

After concluding his Hamilton engagement, Odom Jr. will step away from the production to launch an 18-concert holiday tour that runs from Nov. 28 through Dec. 23. The tour opens at the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, New Jersey, includes stops at venues such as Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore, the Walt Disney Theater at Dr. Phillips Center in Orlando, the Kauffman Center in Kansas City, the Winspear Opera House in Dallas and the Paramount Theatre in Austin, and concludes at the Vilar Performing Arts Center in Avon, Colorado. The schedule also lists a one-off date on Feb. 15, 2026, at Indiana University Auditorium in Bloomington. Past holiday shows from Odom Jr. have mixed classic seasonal covers, a few originals and selections from Hamilton, including "Wait For It."

Broadway continues to feature notable film and television names alongside Odom Jr.’s return; productions in recent seasons have included Tom Hanks in This World of Tomorrow, Keanu Reeves in Waiting for Godot, Neil Patrick Harris in Art, Tom Felton in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Michael Urie in Oh, Mary!.

The New York Post said the article and the pricing checks were prepared by its live events reporter, who monitors tour announcements, Broadway openings and resale listings. All ticket prices cited were verified at the time of publication and are subject to fluctuation; deals can expire and final checkout prices may include additional fees not reflected in headline listings.
