Leigh-Anne Pinnock has revealed her baby bump while fronting The Body Shop's new "Grow Wild" campaign, which marks the brand's 50th anniversary. The former Little Mix star, 34, showcased a radiant appearance in a red crop top, promoting the brand's redeveloped Body Butter and Born Lippy range.
The "Grow Wild" campaign aims to celebrate women and girls who are unapologetically themselves. "Grow Wild is more than a campaign — it's a declaration, it's a conviction and a duty," said Alia Hawa, Chief Commercial and Brand Officer at The Body Shop. "Beauty standards are tightening again, and women are once more being told to what to do and take up less room. For 50 years, The Body Shop has stood with women who refuse to shrink themselves, and this anniversary felt like the right moment to amplify that message louder than ever."
Pinnock, who announced her pregnancy earlier this month with footballer husband Andre Gray, 35, shared the news via a social media video. This follows the birth of their twin daughters in August 2021. She tied the knot with Gray in June 2023.
In a discussion on Paloma Faith's "Mad Sad Bad" podcast, Pinnock spoke about navigating a period of betrayal and loss of trust within her marriage. She described heartbreak as a difficult, "wild" experience, particularly when caused by a loved one. Pinnock explained that her husband's move to Greece to play for Aris Thessaloniki provided him with space to reflect on his actions and realize their impact on the relationship. She emphasized that for a relationship to heal, the individual must be willing to change and acknowledge their behavior as selfish.
Pinnock stated that Gray actively worked on himself, leading her to understand the "power of forgiveness." She acknowledged that some might question staying with someone who caused hurt, but stressed the importance of individual understanding of what is right for oneself. The couple has since moved past these struggles and are now in a "beautiful place."
Pinnock's former Little Mix bandmates, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards, expressed their support in the comments section of her pregnancy announcement. Thirlwall wrote, "Love you and your beautiful family," while Edwards shared heart-eye emojis.
Other notable figures joining Pinnock in the "Grow Wild" campaign include Jameela Jamil, Paloma Faith, and Ashley James. The campaign is supported by a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy, including brand storytelling, social media activation, and influencer partnerships.
