Leigh-Anne Pinnock has shared that she was unaware of her pregnancy while undertaking a challenging helicopter stunt for the television show Celebrity Traitors. The Little Mix star, who is expecting her third child with husband Andre Gray, disclosed that she experienced a general sense of not feeling right but did not attribute it to pregnancy, as her symptoms differed from those during her previous pregnancies with her twins.
Pinnock told Glamour that she did not experience morning sickness and did not feel noticeably heavier, leading her to continue with filming. The show, which required participants to be in Scotland from late May to early June, proved to be an intense experience for the singer, who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2011. She described Celebrity Traitors as being on a different level of intensity compared to her earlier experiences.
During the show's finale, Pinnock participated in a stunt that involved jumping from a helicopter and abseiling into a loch. This occurred while she was approximately three months pregnant. Following the broadcast, viewers expressed admiration for her bravery, with many commenting on social media about her performing such a demanding task while pregnant.
Despite her efforts to increase the prize fund for charity, Pinnock was banished from the game before its conclusion. The final saw Romesh Ranganathan and Sebastian Croft emerge as the winners, securing significant amounts for their respective charities. Pinnock publicly announced her pregnancy in July through a social media video.
