Laura Woods marked her three-year anniversary with fiancé Adam Collard on Monday, sharing a collection of personal photographs and a touching tribute on Instagram. The couple, who are expecting their second child together, publicly confirmed their relationship in October 2023.

Woods, 39, posted an array of intimate snaps, expressing her affection for Collard with the caption: "Happy 3rd anniversary to this big gorgeous man." She reflected on their journey, humorously noting in reference to a photo from one of their early trips: "If you'd told us here on our secret Cornwall getaway what we'd cram into 3 years we'd never believe it." Another image featured Collard with their 19-month-old son, Leo, to which Woods added, "Love you always."

The couple became engaged in September 2024 after Collard proposed on a beach in St Ives, Cornwall. Their first child, Leo, was born in January 2025, and the couple announced they were expecting their second child in May of the same year.

Woods has previously spoken about experiencing a miscarriage, detailing how her son Leo brought her comfort during that difficult period. She was 11 weeks pregnant when she miscarried and became pregnant again a month later, leading to Leo's birth. Collard became emotional on an episode of Celebrity SAS when recalling the miscarriage.

Woods shared a clip of Collard on the show, writing that they had "some very awful times last year, but this big, beautiful man has got me through every one of them." She also reflected on the "confusing" feelings of grief, noting how Leo provided solace. She recalled a nurse's words: "'this little one wasn't meant for this world, so this process is its way of keeping you safe,'" which she found comforting and shared for others who may have experienced miscarriage.

In a separate incident last week, Woods responded assertively to a social media user who commented that her face "doesn't move." She shared a video demonstrating her facial expressions, emphasizing that "women" and "pregnant ones" should not be subjected to such criticism.
