Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, have welcomed their first child together, Page Six has confirmed. Specifics regarding the baby's name, sex, and date of birth have not yet been disclosed.

Gaga, 40, and Polansky, 42, who became engaged in March 2024, have maintained a low profile in recent months, leading to public speculation about their relationship status. Representatives for the couple did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The musician, whose birth name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, had not been seen publicly since August, following a brief encounter with a fan in Northern California. Prior to that, she was seen in Los Angeles in May. Gaga concluded her nearly nine-month world tour, "The Mayhem Ball," which comprised 86 shows, in April.

A source close to Gaga told Page Six that the singer has been prioritizing privacy since the tour's end. "She hasn’t really gotten to have a private life since she was like 22," the source stated, adding that "everything is good" and that Polansky's presence offers her a "safe place."

Gaga and Polansky began dating in 2019. The singer has previously expressed her desire to become a mother. In an interview with The New York Times in March 2025, she shared her excitement about motherhood, emphasizing the importance of allowing children the space to discover their own identities. At the time, she also candidly discussed the internal conflict she experienced while preparing for motherhood, noting the "incredible amount of narcissism" involved in focusing on oneself.

She questioned how to balance her artistic passions with making room for other aspects of life. Later, in an October 2025 interview on "The Stephen Colbert Show," Gaga referred to motherhood as her "next starring role," expressing readiness for the responsibilities it entails.
