Kylie Minogue, 58, recently shared highlights from her holiday in Corsica, including a bikini photo that captivated fans and sparked conversations about her fitness. While many commented on her toned physique, Minogue has previously described her approach to staying in shape as surprisingly uncomplicated.

Minogue has stated that she does not adhere to a strict, disciplined workout routine. "I wish I was one of those women who do their exercises first thing in the morning, or run straight to the fitness studio as soon as they get up. But unfortunately, I'm just not that disciplined!" she told Star Magazine. Instead, she credits her consistently busy life for keeping her active. "I don't really work out, but I'm constantly on the go," she explained. "My fitness is really sporadic. I have to thank my mum for good genes."

While she doesn't have a fixed regimen, Minogue does engage in various activities when opportunities arise. She enjoys using a treadmill if available and prefers walking over running, a family trait. "Minogues don't run. None of us run. But we like to walk, so that works for me," she noted. Pilates is another activity she enjoys, as is Gyrotonics, a workout inspired by gymnastics and swimming, which she finds "really fun." Aerobics and Callanetics, a low-impact exercise focused on deep muscle toning, are also part of her sporadic fitness interests. She once mentioned traveling with a home workout VHS tape to use in hotel rooms.

Minogue considers touring her ultimate workout, stating she is never as fit as when she is on the road. "My body needs it," she said, expressing eagerness for future tours.

Regarding nutrition, Minogue has previously followed a Paleo diet, which emphasizes lean meats, fish, and fresh vegetables while limiting processed foods. This approach aligns with her management of hyperglycemia, a condition causing high blood sugar levels. "Sugar is not my friend, I'm hyperglycemic," she shared. She has expressed a preference for low-glycemic cuisine, finding ways to incorporate healthier dessert options. "I’m not really a fan of junk food (once in a while of course!) and prefer to stick to a low glycaemic cuisine which suits my hypoglycaemia," she told Vogue Australia.

Kylie Minogue shared a snap of her holiday meals, noting her previous adherence to a Paleo diet.

A confessed indulgence for Minogue is wine. She has even launched her own wine range, reportedly selling around 25 million bottles since its 2020 debut.
