Kylie Minogue, 58, marked the end of her European summer with a sun-drenched video posted on Thursday, in which she donned a yellow bikini. The clip suggests a transition from her time in Europe to the upcoming Australian football season.
In the video, the "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" singer is seen reclining on a sun lounger, wearing a straw hat and a yellow string bikini. She captioned the post, "Bye Euro Summer [sad face emoji] Hello Aussie football szn [smiling emoji]." Minogue had been enjoying the European summer, including a visit to France earlier in the week.
Her European trip also included a playful moment with her sister Dannii Minogue, 54, in Paris. The sisters attempted to recreate a photograph taken during a visit to the Eiffel Tower in 1988. In a video shared on Instagram, Kylie prompted Dannii to try and replicate the pose from the original image.
The original 1988 photo featured Kylie with her signature blonde perm and a double denim outfit, reflecting her early career on the television show "Neighbours." Dannii wore an all-white ensemble with her hair styled in a scrunchie. The contemporary recreation saw the sisters in more modern attire, with Kylie in jeans and a cream jacket, and Dannii in an elegant black outfit.
Kylie captioned the recreation post, "Sisters in Paris and just HAD to recreate this vintage family pic. One frame then. One frame now!!! Nailed it!! LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!"
Previously, Minogue appeared on the cover of Australian Vogue, where she shared anecdotes, including a recollection of a night out in Los Angeles with actress Margot Robbie before Robbie achieved international fame. Minogue recalled meeting Robbie at the Chateau Marmont and having drinks together.
