Kylie Minogue, 58, recently delighted fans with a bikini photo shared from her holiday in Corsica, showcasing a toned physique that drew effusive praise. The snapshot, posted to Instagram, showed the singer reclining by a pool, prompting comments such as "Body 10 out of 10" and "Serving body ody ody!!" The public attention to her appearance has led to renewed interest in her fitness and diet regimen.

Minogue has previously stated that her workout routine is not rigid. "I wish I was one of those women who do their exercises first thing in the morning, or run straight to the fitness studio as soon as they get up," she told Star Magazine. "But unfortunately, I'm just not that disciplined!" Instead, she attributes her fitness to a consistently active lifestyle, noting, "I don't really work out, but I'm constantly on the go."

While she admits her fitness is "sporadic," Minogue does engage in certain activities. She enjoys using a treadmill if one is available and favors walking over running, a Minogue family tradition. Pilates is another activity she appreciates. She has also spoken positively about Gyrotonics, a workout inspired by gymnastics and swimming, and has an affinity for aerobics and Callanetics, a low-impact toning exercise. In the past, she even traveled with a home workout VHS tape to use in hotel rooms.

For Minogue, touring represents her most demanding workout. "I would say my ultimate workout is being on tour," she told The Express. "I'm never as fit as when I'm on tour, so I can't wait to tour again. My body needs it."

In terms of nutrition, Minogue has previously followed a Paleo diet, which emphasizes lean meats, fish, and vegetables while limiting processed foods. She has explained that this approach helps manage her hyperglycemia, a condition causing high blood sugar levels. "Sugar is not my friend, I'm hyperglycemic," she said on KIISFM's Kyle & Jackie O Show. She also prefers low-glycemic cuisine, stating, "I'm not really a fan of junk food... and prefer to stick to a low glycaemic cuisine which suits my hypoglycaemia."

A notable indulgence for Minogue is wine. She has launched her own wine range, which has reportedly sold around 25 million bottles since its introduction in 2020. Despite her health-conscious eating habits, she has acknowledged enjoying desserts made with ingredients like avocado and almond bake.
