Kylie Jenner has shared that she desires larger breast implants, despite having undergone a significant augmentation in the past. The 29-year-old revealed her wish to increase her implant size on a recent episode of the "Better Half with Stas & Vic" podcast, hosted by her friends Anastasia Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel.

"I do want them bigger," Jenner stated. "I say it every day. I'm like, 'They need to be bigger and more out there. I want my tits to walk in before I do.'"

Jenner, who is dating actor Timothée Chalamet, first disclosed the details of her breast augmentation in 2023. She revealed that at age 19, she received 445cc silicone implants with a moderate profile, placed half under the muscle, from surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher. Implants exceeding 400cc are generally considered large in cosmetic surgery.

Jenner admitted on "The Kardashians" in 2023 that she had the procedure before the birth of her first child, Stormi, and expressed some regret. She stated that she had “beautiful breasts, like natural tits, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything” prior to the surgery and wished she had not undergone the procedure. She advised others to wait until after having children, expressing that she would be heartbroken if her own daughter wanted similar procedures at 19.

For years prior to her admission, Jenner had deflected speculation about breast augmentation, attributing any changes in her appearance to weight gain, her period, or padded bras. In 2018, after the birth of Stormi, she acknowledged changes in her body, noting larger breasts, stretch marks, and a different stomach and waist, but still did not confirm surgery.

During the podcast appearance, Jenner also mentioned plans to get her belly button pierced before turning 30, desiring diamonds to adorn it. The discussion occurred alongside a social media post where Karanikolaou was seen playfully grabbing Jenner's cleavage.
