Kristen Stewart made a rare public appearance alongside her wife, director Dylan Meyer, at the Los Angeles premiere of the new comedy film "The Wrong Girls" on Wednesday night. Stewart stars in the film, which was directed by Meyer, and the couple also collaborated on the screenplay.
Stewart, 36, opted for a casual yet striking ensemble for the event, wearing a partially unbuttoned white shirt paired with low-rise black shorts and bright green and black trainers. Meyer kept her look simple in a white cropped T-shirt, black trousers, and a black jacket. They were joined on the red carpet by co-star Alia Shawkat, who added a splash of color with a green leaf-print dress.
"The Wrong Girls" centers on two best friends, Frankie and Molly, portrayed by Stewart and Shawkat, respectively. Their lives are thrown into chaos when they become entangled in a case of mistaken identity.
Stewart and Meyer, who married in April 2025, reportedly met on a film set in 2013 but did not begin dating until August 2019. Engagement rumors surfaced in the summer of 2021 when both were seen wearing rings on their left hands, and Stewart later confirmed their engagement in November of that year. The couple confirmed they were working on a TV series together in 2022, with Stewart describing their creative process as discovering a "superbrain."
