Kelly Osbourne, who gained fame alongside her family on the MTV reality series "The Osbournes," is set to star in a new reality television show that will document her life as a single mother in London. The series will follow Osbourne, 41, as she navigates her life with her three-year-old son, Sid, and focuses on her personal reinvention.

The program is slated to be broadcast by Disney and will delve into Osbourne's experiences coping with the recent death of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, and her public breakup with fiancé Sid Wilson. A friend of Osbourne's stated that the show is about her "rebuilding" her life after these significant events. Osbourne's father, the legendary Black Sabbath frontman, died in July of last year at the age of 76.

Osbourne has openly discussed her struggles with mental health, stating in an interview earlier this month that she is undergoing therapy. "As the world knows, my mental health has not been the best recently," she admitted, adding that she is "getting a little better every day" and focusing on her own well-being. She also recently ended her engagement to Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson, with whom she had a long-standing friendship before their romance began in 2022. Sources indicated that the couple had been facing relationship challenges for some time, and the grief over her father's passing exacerbated these difficulties.

"The Osbournes," which aired for four seasons from 2002 to 2005, offered viewers an unfiltered look into the daily lives of the Osbourne family, including Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly, and Jack. Their sister, Aimee, did not participate in the show. The family had returned to live in the UK full-time shortly before Ozzy's death after living in Los Angeles for decades.

Osbourne has spoken about the profound impact of her father's death, stating in December that "Christmas will never be the same. I will never be the same. The person I was before he died does not exist any more."
