Keli Holiday, a musician known for his work with the Australian duo Peking Duk, has shared an account of Leonardo DiCaprio approaching his girlfriend at a high-profile party. Holiday, whose real name is Adam Hyde, detailed the encounter during a recent appearance on the Australian radio show "Carrie and Tommy."

The incident occurred at a birthday celebration for NBA player Ben Simmons, where Holiday found himself among numerous famous personalities. He described seeing Drake before being approached by DiCaprio and a companion.

"I got a tap on the shoulder and it was Leonardo DiCaprio and his mate asking for a smoke," Holiday recounted. He expressed surprise at meeting the acclaimed actor, stating, "That's as famous as it gets!"

Holiday later realized DiCaprio's request for a cigarette may have been a pretext for interacting with the woman accompanying him. "I was like, 'What's going on with that?' But then I realised he was hitting on my girlfriend at the time. That was his move," Holiday said.

He did not specify the identity of the former girlfriend involved in the interaction or the exact date of the party. Holiday, who launched his solo project Keli Holiday in 2021, is currently in a relationship with media personality Abbie Chatfield, a relationship that became public in 2024.
