Keke Palmer has addressed speculation surrounding a potential romance with Sean Evans, confirming they are "hanging out."
The actress made the remarks on Tuesday at Cannes Lions during Spotify's Conversations That Channel Culture panel, where she spoke with Jay Shetty. "We hangin' out, you know what I mean?" Palmer told Shetty, according to People magazine.
Palmer, 32, elaborated on her relationship with the "Hot Ones" host, 40, stating, "First of all, I love Sean Evans – I love Sean. Hey, Sean. That's my guy."
She added that their relationship is progressing "day by day," humorously referencing his popular web series by saying they are taking it "one wing at a time, so to speak."
In mid-June, Palmer and Evans were reportedly seen dining together at an Italian restaurant in Brooklyn. Witnesses described them as appearing "locked in" on each other during their meal.
The public intrigue surrounding the two began in September 2025 when Palmer appeared on "Hot Ones." During the interview, she kissed Evans on the lips, a moment that generated significant online attention. Palmer had previously recalled Evans referring to her as his favorite guest.
Following the viral kiss, Palmer exclaimed, "The sparks are sparking!" while Evans responded, "When I'm dying, and my life flashes before my eyes, I'll have that snapshot."
Palmer and Evans later reunited on Palmer's podcast, "Baby, This Is Keke Palmer," on May 26, where they continued their playful dynamic, even playing a game of Twister. Palmer introduced Evans on the episode as her "potential future suitor," acknowledging the ongoing rumors.
