Katie Price is set to have her two youngest children, Jett and Bunny, move back to live with her full time in November, a source close to the former reality television star said, ending several years of reduced contact.

The source said Price, 47, recently moved from a rental in Sussex to a three-bedroom conversion nearer to her former home and close to where her ex-husband and the children currently live. The relocation, the source added, was timed to coincide with the children returning to her care and to keep them close to friends and family.

Price has not had any of her five children living with her full time since 2022, the source said. Her eldest son, Harvey, 23, lives in a care home where he receives specialist support for disabilities. Junior, 20, and Princess, who recently turned 18, live independently, while Jett, 12, and Bunny, 11, moved to live with their father, Kieran Hayler, in August 2022.

"Bunny and Jett haven’t been living with Katie for several years now, she has been very open about that," the source told reporters. "They went to Kieran after he and Katie fell out. It was all a bit of a tricky time for the whole family, but now Katie is going to have them back with her again and she couldn’t be happier."

Price has spoken publicly about the emotional impact of reduced contact with her youngest children. In her Channel 4 documentary Katie Price: Trauma And Me, she said not seeing them every day was "the hardest thing I’ve had to deal with" and that the situation had taken a toll on her mental health.

The move and the planned reunion come amid long-running family tensions that have included a legal dispute and a restraining order. Price was subject to a restraining order imposed in June 2019 that forbade contact with Hayler’s then-fiancée, Michelle Penticost. In 2022 she admitted breaching the order and was handed an 18-month community order at Lewes Crown Court that included 170 hours of unpaid work. Court proceedings at the time raised limits on Price’s direct or indirect contact with Penticost.

Sources say the relationship breakdown between Price and Hayler factored in the children's move in 2022. Hayler, 38, and Price divorced in 2021 after several years of a fraught marriage. He later became engaged to Penticost; some reports say that engagement ended earlier this year.

Price had hoped to play a role in the management of her daughter Princess’s career but was excluded from the ITV reality show The Princess Diaries and reportedly left off Princess’s 18th birthday guest list, sources say. The exclusion contributed to public tensions between Price and members of her family, who are now adults or nearing adulthood.

Friends and people close to Price say she intends to keep Jett and Bunny out of the spotlight following their move back to her home. "Katie is very careful about Instagram and children these days," one source said. "In her mind, in the days of the glossy magazines and TV shows, Princess and Junior were fair game, but the whole social media game is worrying for Katie. She wants to keep the kids way under the radar and enjoy them living with her full-time again."

Price has remained a public figure while navigating the personal upheaval. She has undertaken numerous cosmetic procedures overseas, hosted a podcast and filmed the recent Channel 4 documentary. Her personal relationships have been public: after her 2013 marriage and later split from Hayler, she dated car dealer Carl Woods until 2023 and is currently reported to be in a relationship with JJ Slater, who appeared on Channel 4’s Married At First Sight.

The planned return of Jett and Bunny would represent the first time Price has had any of her children living with her consistently since 2022. Representatives for Price, Hayler and other family members did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The move also changes Price’s living arrangements: she paid a deposit on a three-bedroom property described by sources as featuring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a large open living area with a wood-burning stove and a mezzanine sitting room. Her supporters say the house suits the quieter, more private family life she is aiming to create.

Price’s situation highlights the complicated intersections of celebrity, family law and social media scrutiny in recent years. As she prepares for Jett and Bunny to return, Price has publicly expressed hope that the arrangement will improve life for her and her children and has said she wants to protect them from the media attention that has accompanied much of her public life.
