Katie Price has asked her followers for assistance in locating two of her cats, who she believes have either gone missing or been stolen. The appeal was made on social media just days after her husband, Lee Andrews, announced the death of another of her feline companions.
Price stated that she suspects the cats may have been taken because she resides in a private area where such disappearances are uncommon. She shared images of the missing cats, urging anyone with information to come forward. The circumstances surrounding the disappearance remain unclear.
This incident adds to a history of animal-related distress for Price. In recent years, several of her pets have died under various circumstances. In November 2022, her Pomeranian, Sharon, was killed after allegedly running onto the road and being hit by a car. Earlier, in June 2023, her protection dog Blade also died after being struck by a car near her West Sussex property. Following Blade's death, Price suggested that he may have been deliberately killed, prompting an RSPCA visit to her home. Although the RSPCA reportedly found no concerns regarding her animals, Price stated they were investigating the circumstances of Blade's death.
Other past incidents include the death of her French bulldog Rolo in 2020, who suffocated after reportedly getting trapped in an electric armchair. Price had received backlash over Rolo's death, with some attributing it to inappropriate advice regarding the use of CBD oil for pets. Her Alsatian, Sparkle, also died in a similar manner to Sharon, hit by a car on the A24. In 2019, another Alsatian named Bear was rehomed after multiple near-death experiences, including running onto a busy road. Her German Shepherd, Queenie, was killed in a hit-and-run incident in 2018. Even a pet chameleon named Marvin died in 2018, with Price reportedly claiming it died of a broken heart after her son moved out, though a source suggested it could have been due to inadequate heating for the reptile. In 2017, two Sphynx cats, Dobby and Hagrid, were put up for sale due to issues with her dogs, though it is unclear if they were sold. That same year, one of her horses was killed by a car on the A24 after escaping its field.
