Katie Price is contemplating a significant change to her signature jet-black hair, recently showcasing a platinum blonde wig on Instagram and soliciting fan opinions about a potential switch to blonde. The 48-year-old former glamour model shared the image on Monday, posing in a backless halterneck dress in her garden.
"I'm about to change my colour from being jet black for so many years but I can't decide what colour I should go... Let's see if blondes really do have more fun," Price wrote. Fans responded in the comments section, with many suggesting she go blonde, with some referencing her earlier "Jordan" era hair as a favored look.
This potential makeover comes as Price's husband, Lee Andrews, 42, has reportedly been arrested again in Dubai, approximately one month after his release from Al Awir prison. According to reports, Andrews was taken to Lahab police station on Friday and is allegedly seeking to raise a £120,000 fine, with a source suggesting a need to launch a GoFundMe campaign for bail.
Andrews had reportedly been stressed about raising funds he believed he owed in the days leading up to his arrest. Price, who is currently in the UK following the release of her Sky documentary and an appearance on "This Morning," has continued to defend her marriage.
It has been a tumultuous period for the couple. Andrews was previously detained in Dubai for fraud allegations, though he has claimed he was captured at gunpoint and suspected of espionage. He has denied fraud charges and criticized his ex-fiancée for spreading such stories, stating there is "not one shred of evidence" against him. He also claimed to have been taken to the Qatar border at gunpoint.
Andrews has faced accusations from other former partners regarding financial deception, including a claim of taking £5,000 from a "vulnerable woman" and an alleged scam involving £123,000 for a supposed investment with a promised return of £1 million. He has denied these allegations.
Previously, it was reported in January that Andrews had taken out a £200,000 mortgage in his ex-partner Dina Taji's name without her knowledge, leading to legal action and a travel ban from Dubai. Taji has reportedly met with Price to warn her about her husband.
