Katie Price attended the National Television Awards on Tuesday night, presenting a striking appearance with heavy makeup that drew significant attention. The 48-year-old former glamour model revealed earlier in the day that she had sustained a black eye and bruising following recent cosmetic procedures, including facial fillers and new breast implants.
Despite the visible effects of the surgery, Price was determined to attend the event. She opted for bold black eyeliner, prominent highlighter, and a heavily lined lip with brown gloss. Her outfit consisted of a long-sleeved white shirt paired with nude and black lace shorts, black tights, and black heels. Her hair was gelled back in a wet-look style, and she accessorized with large diamond Valentino earrings.
Price had traveled to Brussels for the procedures, explaining that she had the surgery because one breast implant was slightly larger than the other. While there, she decided to have implants added to both. She also received facial fillers, which she described as making her "look like a hamster" due to swelling. "Where my face was hollow here as you get older and lose weight, he put filler in for me, obviously while I was asleep," she stated. "He does it under the muscle right into the bone. I’ve woken up this morning, I didn’t have anything put here, nothing, but I think the swelling has dropped so I look like a hamster and it’s sore."
Price was accompanied to the awards by her 19-year-old daughter, Princess, who wore a shimmering blue gown. Princess's look contrasted with her mother's, as she wore her blonde hair in loose curls. Also present was her elder brother, Junior, who opted for an all-black ensemble.
This appearance follows the recent airing of a four-part documentary, "Katie Price: Nothing To Hide," which chronicled three decades of her public life. In a prior television appearance on Olivia Attwood's show "Price Of Perfection," Price discussed her extensive history of cosmetic surgery. She has undergone numerous procedures, including approximately 17 breast augmentations, six facelifts, dental work, and a fox eye operation. Price has estimated the total cost of her surgeries to be around £40,000, noting that she has received many procedures free of charge due to her fame, but affirmed her ability to pay for treatments if desired.
