Kate Hudson and Javier Bardem filmed a passionate kiss scene on a New York City street Tuesday for their upcoming romantic comedy, "Hello & Paris." The actors, currently working on the film, were photographed embracing mid-kiss on a zebra crossing, causing traffic to build up.

Hudson, 47, appeared stylish in a floral pink and white summer dress, a pink scarf, and white heeled sandals, accessorized with a tan handbag. Bardem, 57, opted for a more casual look in a light beige shirt, navy trousers, and loafers.

The film "Hello & Paris" is inspired by the 2014 novel "That Part Was True" by Deborah McKinlay. The story centers on a landscape architect and a novelist who have a difficult first encounter in Paris but gradually fall in love by exchanging books and recipes while living on opposite sides of the Atlantic.

The cast also includes Bella Maclean, Thaddea Graham, and Steve Zahn. "Hello & Paris" is a romantic comedy.

This year has seen Hudson receive award nominations, including an Oscar and a BAFTA, for her role as Claire Sardina in "Song Sung Blue." The biographical musical drama, where she starred opposite Hugh Jackman, recounts the true story of a Neil Diamond tribute band. Hudson had previously been nominated for Best Supporting Actress in 2001 for her role in "Almost Famous."
