Sophia Peschisolido, daughter of businesswoman and broadcaster Karren Brady, has put her Dubai villa on the market as she prepares to welcome her second child.

The 28-year-old influencer posted a video on social media saying the property is being offered for 7 million UAE dirhams (about £1.4 million) and inviting enquiries. In the clip she showed the villa's grounds, an outdoor pool and lounge area, and a range of interiors described as neutral and modern.

Inside the video the main bathroom is shown with his-and-hers double basins and a freestanding acrylic bathtub. The kitchen is presented as bright and airy, with marble countertops, wooden flooring and a large round table that faces windows overlooking a landscaped garden. Built-in wardrobes feature in each bedroom and LED mood lighting is visible throughout, giving the residence a boutique feel.

Peschisolido captioned the post: "With another baby arriving very shortly, we are now considering offers for our villa, (priced at) 7m AED. Any more info please get in touch." She and fiancé Frankie Makin are already parents to a son, Leo, who is reported to be 17 months old.

The listing follows public appearances this summer in which Peschisolido, who confirmed her second pregnancy in April, was seen cradling her baby bump while on holiday in Dubai with her parents. She announced the pregnancy in April with a short beach video captioned, "Coming soon… baby #2." Peschisolido and Makin confirmed their engagement in 2022, sharing images from a proposal on a beach in Mykonos.

Karren Brady has publicly spoken about becoming a grandmother. Earlier this year, on the BBC's "The Apprentice: You're Hired," Brady described her daughter as "a natural mother" and said both mother and baby were "doing so well." Brady also shared clips of family time with her grandson on social media.

The sale marks a notable move for Peschisolido, who has used social platforms to share aspects of her home life and family milestones. The social media video of the property serves as a virtual tour for potential buyers, highlighting amenities often sought in the Dubai residential market, including outdoor entertaining spaces and professionally finished interiors.

No further details about the listing agent or the timeline for sale were provided in Peschisolido's post. Representatives for Peschisolido and Brady did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
