Actor Judd Nelson, known for his role as John Bender in the 1985 film "The Breakfast Club," was recently seen in a rare public appearance in West Hollywood, California. The 66-year-old actor was spotted on his motorcycle on a Saturday afternoon, sporting a bushy beard, sunglasses, and a gray hat.
Nelson appeared to be in good spirits, dressed in a brown T-shirt, flannel shirt, and a black blazer, paired with cargo pants and brown boots. He put on a helmet before riding off on his motorcycle.
Nelson, who has been noted for shying away from the spotlight, was last seen in a similar public outing on his motorcycle in April. At that time, he wore a comparable outfit but layered with gloves and a black trench coat.
Earlier this year, Nelson reunited with his "Breakfast Club" co-stars Molly Ringwald, Emilio Estevez, Ally Sheedy, and Anthony Michael Hall for the film's 40th-anniversary celebration. The cast came together for a panel at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo in April 2025. During the event, Ringwald expressed her emotions about the reunion.
"The Breakfast Club" chronicles the experiences of five high school students from different social circles who are assigned Saturday detention. Nelson played the rebellious student, Bender, while Ringwald portrayed the popular girl Claire Standish. Anthony Michael Hall starred as the intelligent Brian Johnson, Emilio Estevez as the athlete Andrew Clark, and Ally Sheedy as the quiet Allison Reynolds.
