Former Disney teen pop star Jordan Pruitt has accused Miley Cyrus of bullying during their time touring together in the early 2000s. Pruitt, who toured with acts like the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, and the Cheetah Girls, made the claim in a recent Instagram comment, according to reports.

Pruitt stated that Cyrus, along with a friend named Mandy, would leave her voicemails containing insults. "Miley used to call me and leave me nasty voicemails with her and her friend named Mandy saying I needed a nose job, new teeth, and a choreographer lol," Pruitt alleged. She described Cyrus, then a peer, as "relentless."

The accusation surfaced in response to an older social media video where Cyrus appeared to be mocking Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. Pruitt commented on the video, noting that this behavior was consistent with how Cyrus treated others, including herself, during that period.

This is not the first time Pruitt has spoken about Cyrus. In March, Pruitt revealed in an Instagram comment that she wrote her 2008 song "Boyfriend" about Cyrus. The lyrics include lines such as "You're not gonna steal my boyfriend/ You're not gonna steal him, not now." At the time, rumors linked Pruitt to Nick Jonas, whom Cyrus dated between 2006 and 2007.

Pruitt gained recognition for her 2006 song "Outside Looking In" and her hit "Jump to the Rhythm" from the 2007 Disney Channel movie "Jump In!". She released two albums with Disney's Hollywood Records and toured with other Disney artists before competing on "The Voice" in 2012 and retiring from her music career five years later.

In 2019, Pruitt filed a lawsuit against Disney, Hollywood Records, and her former manager, alleging sexual abuse beginning at age 14 and claiming the record label failed to protect her. Pruitt stated at the time that such companies prioritize profit over the safety of young talent.

Cyrus' representative had not immediately responded to requests for comment regarding Pruitt's latest claims.
