Jon Bon Jovi is offering full Ticketmaster refunds to fans who attended his July 23 concert at Madison Square Garden, which was cut short due to a health setback. The decision aims to ensure attendees receive a satisfactory experience after the abrupt ending.

Bon Jovi experienced difficulty performing during the July 23 show and informed the audience from the stage that he had been battling a sinus infection. Train frontman Pat Monahan, who was in the audience, stepped in to help with vocals on "Livin' on a Prayer" before the concert concluded.

According to a representative for Bon Jovi, the singer had been dealing with the infection, which contributed to the early end of the performance. The email sent to ticket purchasers confirmed that automatic refunds would be processed within 14 business days. The email also noted that due to scheduling and logistics, an additional performance could not be offered.

A concertgoer reported that Bon Jovi performed for approximately 90 minutes, delivering around 15 songs. This is a shorter duration compared to his previous residency shows at Madison Square Garden, which typically lasted over two hours and featured around 19 songs. The July 23 performance was the eighth show of Bon Jovi's nine-show residency at the venue.
