John Slattery's new film, "Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass," is set to premiere in theaters on July 10, bringing together Slattery and his "Mad Men" co-star Jon Hamm.

Directed by David Wain, known for "Wet Hot American Summer," the comedy centers on Gail Daughtry (Zoey Deutch), a Midwestern hairdresser who discovers her husband's infidelity with his celebrity hall pass. This revelation prompts Gail to travel to Hollywood with the goal of sleeping with her own celebrity hall pass, Jon Hamm, in an attempt to even the score.

Both Slattery and Hamm appear in the film as themselves. Gail manages to contact Slattery, who then agrees to join her friends and help facilitate her encounter with Hamm.

The reunion marks another collaboration between Slattery and Hamm, who previously shared the screen in the 2022 film "Confess, Fletch" and made cameos as their "Mad Men" characters in the Netflix film "Unfrosted." Slattery also directed Hamm in the 2023 comedy "Maggie Moore(s)."

"It's great. It's so easy. We have similar sense of humor," Slattery said of his working relationship with Hamm in a recent interview.

"Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass" will be available exclusively in theaters starting July 10. Screenings can be found via Fandango. The film is not currently available for streaming.
