Joe Gorga, star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," has publicly embraced cosmetic treatments, detailing his experience with Botox injections in his 50s. In an exclusive interview with Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea," Gorga revealed he began the anti-aging process about a year ago.

Gorga, who is a real estate developer, sought treatment from nurse practitioner Natia Rufolo at INJX by Nat Aesthetics in Cranford, New Jersey. Rufolo is slated to join the cast of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" for its upcoming season.

"I gotta get Botox, man," Gorga told Page Six. "I gotta get my stuff, you know?" He described the procedure as quick, with Rufolo administering "one or two" injections. "I'm a fan," he added.

Despite his positive experience, Gorga admitted to disliking needles, joking that he "hates needles" and holds a "stuffed animal" during the injections, calling himself "such a little bitch."

Gorga's wife, Melissa Gorga, has reportedly been encouraging him to undergo a blepharoplasty to address excess skin on his eyelids. However, Joe expressed resistance, stating, "Melissa's trying to say, 'No, you need your eyes done.' I'm like, 'What's the matter with my eyes? My eyes are fine.'" He even shared that a plastic surgeon told him his eyes were "perfect."

The Gorga family has been open about their experiences with cosmetic procedures. Melissa Gorga confirmed in 2016 that she had a nose job, though she initially kept it private. Their daughter, Antonia Gorga, also underwent rhinoplasty earlier this year to address a deviated septum and straighten her nose, aiming for a more symmetrical appearance while maintaining natural features.

Joe Gorga's comments come as new episodes of "The Mob," a show he was recently eliminated from, are released on Hulu.
